The Align to Elevate Healthcare SWAP Employment Pathway Programme provides a structured route into employment for jobseekers seeking careers in health and social care. Delivered in partnership with referral and commissioning organisations including Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, employers, recruitment agencies, colleges and the voluntary sector.

The programme combines sector-specific training, employability support, healthcare learning, and direct employer engagement — designed to build confidence, enhance job readiness, and support progression into sustainable employment.

Align to Elevate is an approved supplier on the Flexible Support Fund (FSF) Dynamic Purchasing System 2 (DPS2) framework, working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus and DWP teams to deliver targeted, high-impact support for jobseekers across London and the surrounding regions.

Through this framework, Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches can directly commission tailored support from Align to Elevate — ensuring participants receive timely, relevant, outcome-focused support on their journey into health and social care employment.
