Align to Elevate was founded by Jennifer Becon with a vision to create a more effective pathway into health and social care careers while supporting employers to build a skilled, confident, and values-led workforce.

With a strong understanding of the challenges facing both jobseekers and care providers, Jennifer created Align to Elevate to bridge the gap between training and employment — ensuring individuals are supported, prepared, and given the opportunity to succeed.

Through practical training, employability support, and strong partnerships with employers, Align to Elevate helps people develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to begin and progress their careers within the care sector.
